By accessing mentrd.ai or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and paying subscribers.

mentrd.ai is an AI-powered business mentoring platform. It provides personalised guidance, advice, and tools to founders and entrepreneurs based on knowledge sourced from real-world business builders. The platform is currently in pre-launch and operating a waitlist.

mentrd.ai is an AI tool, not a licensed financial adviser, lawyer, or accountant. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

You must be at least 18 years old to use mentrd.ai. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mentrd.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info@mentrd.ai within 14 days and we will review your case.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Locked early bird affiliate rates are exempt from pricing changes for the duration of the qualifying subscriber's active subscription.

New accounts receive 25 free credits on signup. Free credits do not expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify the number of free credits provided to new signups at any time.

By joining the waitlist, you receive a unique referral link. You earn a recurring monthly commission when someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber and remains active.

• Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 30 days.
• Self-referrals are not permitted. Using your own referral link to sign up under a separate account will result in disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.
• Early bird commission rates apply to subscribers referred before the public launch date and remain in effect for as long as the referred subscriber stays active.
• Standard commission rates apply to all referrals made after the early bird window closes.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations.
• The affiliate programme may be modified or discontinued with 30 days' notice to participants.

Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents, or partners of mentrd.ai. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use mentrd.ai for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the AI model or platform.
• Use the platform to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content, branding, software, and AI outputs on mentrd.ai are owned by or licensed to Mentrd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content without written permission.

Content you input into the platform remains yours. By using mentrd.ai, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service.

mentrd.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI's advice will lead to any specific business outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, execution, and factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentrd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of mentrd.ai after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your account.
