mentrd.ai is an AI-powered business mentoring platform operated by Mentrd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our website is located at mentrd.ai. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at info@mentrd.ai.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• First name and email address — required to add you to the waitlist and send your confirmation email.
• Referral code — a unique code assigned to you so you can earn affiliate commissions.
• Referral source — the referral code of the person who sent you here, if applicable, for commission attribution.
• UTM parameters — optional marketing source data (e.g. utm_source) to understand how visitors find us.
• Signup timestamp and position — the date and time you joined and your place on the waitlist.

We do not collect payment information on the waitlist. When you become a paying subscriber, payment processing is handled by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.

We use the data we collect to:

• Send you a confirmation email with your waitlist position and affiliate referral link.
• Notify you when mentrd.ai launches.
• Track affiliate referrals so we can pay commissions accurately.
• Understand how people find mentrd.ai so we can improve our marketing.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

We will only contact you about mentrd.ai. We will never send unrelated marketing emails or sell your address to third parties.

We share your data with the following service providers, solely to operate the platform:

• Convex (convex.dev) — our database provider. Your waitlist data is stored in Convex's infrastructure.
• Resend (resend.com) — our email delivery provider. Your name and email are passed to Resend to send your confirmation email.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — our hosting and deployment provider.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

mentrd.ai uses minimal cookies necessary to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We use the ref URL parameter to track affiliate referrals. This is stored in your browser session to attribute your signup to the correct affiliate.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g. affiliate commission records).

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to or restrict how we process your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive transactional emails (your confirmation and affiliate link) and launch notifications from mentrd.ai. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@mentrd.ai to be removed from all communications.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every commercial email we send will clearly identify us as the sender, include our contact address, and provide a clear way to opt out.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is stored in Convex's encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access to the admin dashboard is password-protected and restricted to authorised personnel only.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

mentrd.ai is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at info@mentrd.ai and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. Continued use of mentrd.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
